What Are System Requirements To Use Zentive?
Zentive is a web-app (web based application) that only requires internet access to get started. Users must also utilize Stripe Payment Processor to harness the full power of Zentive's automations & features. Zentive works on any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Does Zentive Offer A Mobile App?

Pricing & Billing
Does Zentive Have A Free Trial?
Yes, Zentive offers a 14-Day Free Trial to all new customers. You will receive 14 days Risk-Free of whichever plan you started the free trial with. And, you do not need to enter credit card information to get started! After the 14 days has completed, you can choose the Zentive plan that best suits your service business.
How Many Employees Or Users Can Use The Zentive App?
Zentive offers various unique plans depending on the needs of your business. The Starter plan includes 1 user, Standard includes up to 5 users, and Growth Pro includes up to 15 users. Only pay for what you need. View Zentive plans →
Are There Any Long Term Commitments Or Contracts?
No, Zentive operates on a month to month basis. Cancel anytime. We don't lock you into long contracts unlike other software unless you opt in to our annual pricing plan at a discounted rate. Zentive will not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, subscription plan upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused.
Can I Change My Billing Information Or Plan Subscription?
Yes, Zentive allows users to update their billing information & change subscription plans at any time. Navigate to your account settings within the Zentive app and select "My Subscription" to make necessary changes.
Is My Billing Information & Data Secure?
Yes, your billing, payment, and personal information is secure with Zentive. Zentive utilizes Stripe — the world's largest payment processor to keep your payment data safe. We also utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to protect & back up your data. Read our privacy policy →
Does Zentive Have A Subscription Plan For Franchises?

Getting Started
How Do I Sign Up For Zentive?
Getting started is simple. Visit our sign-up page, choose your plan, and create your account. No credit card is required for the 14-day free trial. You can start scheduling jobs, adding customers, and sending quotes within minutes of signing up.
Can I Import My Existing Customer List?
Yes, Zentive allows users to upload their existing customer base via a CSV file during the onboarding process. Navigate to the Customer List module within the Zentive app to get started. Our support team can also assist with data migration if needed.
Can My Employees See All Business Information?
No, Zentive utilizes various levels of accounts (owner, crew member, etc.) to limit visibility to sensitive business information. Permissions of Zentive users to view business & employee data vary based on their job position. Owners have full access, while crew members only see their assigned jobs and routes.
Does Zentive Integrate With QuickBooks?
Yes, Zentive offers a direct QuickBooks Online integration on the Standard and Growth Pro plans. Customers, invoices, payments, and expenses sync automatically between Zentive and QuickBooks, eliminating double data entry and keeping your books accurate.
What Payment Methods Can My Customers Use?
Through Zentive's Stripe integration, your customers can pay via credit card (2.9% + $0.30), debit card, or ACH bank transfer (1%). Zentive also supports autopay for recurring services, tip collection, and automated payment reminders for overdue invoices.
