How does the requested deposit work?
The requested deposit is part of the estimated total. “After requested deposit” shows what would remain if that deposit were paid. This tool does not collect or record a payment.
Can customers approve the quote online?
This free tool creates a PDF. It does not send emails, collect signatures, or track acceptance. Send the PDF yourself and agree the next steps with your customer.
Does the tool save my quote?
No. Download the PDF before closing or reloading the page. Your entries stay in this browser and are not saved for a later visit.
How are tax and discounts calculated?
A discount reduces the subtotal before one tax rate is applied to the remaining amount. The tool does not support different tax rates for individual line items.
